| Ballet Jubilate's Coppelia and St. Croix Ballet’s Stillwater Nutcracker Frequently Asked Questions and Answers
Are all the seats reserved? Yes, all the seats are reserved seating.
How much are the tickets? Coppelia -- $12 each. 2009 Stillwater Nutcracker -- $15.00. Children who are 2 years of age or younger and who sit in the lap of an adult do not need a ticket.
How will I know I’m getting the best available seats? All seats are assigned based on a first come, first served for the performance you request. In addition, you might want to know that historically the matinee shows fill up the quickest so the best available seats are usually for the evening performances.
Can you accommodate requests for handicapped seating? Yes, we can. You should indicate on the “Special Request” portion of your on-line ticket order any needs for handicapped seating. Also the auditorium is handicapped accessible.
If I order my tickets on-line or over the phone and pay by check, how long will you hold my tickets for me? We will hold your tickets for one week from the date of your order. If we haven’t received your check by then, we will release your tickets for resale.
How long is the performance? The Nutcracker performance is 2 hours long, which includes a 20-minute intermission.
We received our ticket order in the mail and the seats appear to be every other, such as Left 1, 3, 5. On the left hand side of the auditorium, the seats are oddly numbered. On the right hand side of the auditorium, the seats are evenly numbered. So seats Left 1, 3, 5 would be adjacent to each other.
Can I purchase anything at the Ballet? Yes, roses and ornaments are for sale before the performance and during the intermission. Food and beverages (such as coffee and cookies) are available for purchase during the intermission.
When does the Ticket Box Office open and where is it located? It opens 30 minutes before the start of each show. It is located inside the main entry of the Stillwater Area High School Auditorium.
Can I purchase tickets at the Ticket Box Office? If the performance hasn’t sold out, tickets will be available for sale at the Ticket Box Office. We only accept cash and/or checks for payment of tickets at the Ticket Box Office.
Can I exchange my tickets? Yes, you can exchange your tickets. But this exchange will depend on the availability of tickets for the performances. We must receive your original tickets before we can mail you the new tickets.
Can I return my tickets for a refund? No, we do not refund tickets that have been purchased. We suggest that if you can’t use the tickets that you could try to sell them to someone else.
